Ontario-based Virtual Therapy

Get in touch

For those looking to inquire about therapy services, as well as those looking to connect about writing and collaboration opportunities, I can be reached by email and will reply within 48 hours of receiving your message.

A note on current services

At BeehIves, I have had the pleasure of wearing two hats. For the last five years I’ve been a therapist to young adults, pregnant people, parents and those trying to add to their families by day, and a writer by night.

As I complete my Master of Fine Arts in Creative Nonfiction and begin pitching my narrative self-help book, I’m continuing to see my current caseload and am accepting new clients by email inquiry only.

If you are in immediate need or are in crisis, please call 911, go to your closest emergency room or reach out to a crisis service.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you be my therapist?

As I complete my Master of Fine Arts in Creative Nonfiction and begin pitching my narrative self-help book, I’m continuing to see my current caseload and am accepting new clients by email inquiry only. You can email me to inquire about my services or be recommended a therapist at the therapy practice where I’m Clinical Lead.

Can I follow you on social media?

I do have a professional instagram page @BothSidesOfBeehives where I share posts about my personal and professional life and current writing wins. My clients are welcome to follow along but should be comfortable with seeing snippets from my non-professional life! Please keep in mind I am not allowed to follow clients back.

What do you look for in a collaborator?

I’m looking to connect with agents and publishers in the prescriptive nonfiction and self-help genre as well as editors and organizations looking for articles and presentations about mental health, disability, neurodivergent experiences, fertility, egg donation, embryo adoption and therapy.

Where are you based?

I live in Toronto with my partner and bulldog mix while operating BeehIves entirely online. I’m a raging night owl and can be booked for meetings and guest speaking opportunities from 11 am to 9 pm EST.
