Ontario-based Virtual Therapy
Specialized therapy services for young adults, new parents, pregnant people & family hopeful folks.
Offering you specialized support for the unique experiences that come during these seasons of life.
-
The experiences & challenges of younger adults are not the same person to person, but can be unique to this group.
We support folks who are neurodivergent, disabled, queer, Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour, while offering strategies for navigating vocational difficulties, personal relationships, family dynamics, childhood traumas, and mental health concerns.
You may experience depression, anxiety, suicidality, anger, overwhelm, isolation, grief, & identity difficulties. -
Trying to conceive, adding to your family, & experiencing pregnancy can be beautiful & stressful seasons of life.
We support folks on their family planning journeys as they navigate challenging news & available options, pregnancy loss & infertility, and interpersonal & intrapersonal changes throughout the process.
You may deal with loss, panic, mood changes, hopelessness, identity frustrations, & loneliness.
-
Becoming a new parent and raising a human can be an incredible opportunity & daunting task.
We support parents as they navigate changing identities, meeting the needs of themself & their family, understanding & supporting their child’s development, managing relationships, & the pressures of being a parent.
You may experience overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, isolation, conflicting desires, relationship difficulties, parent-specific challenges & everyday human concerns.
Please note as I complete my Master of Fine Arts in Creative Nonfiction and begin pitching my narrative self-help book, I am accepting clients by email inquiry only.
